Well managed stuff, more than adequate breakfast, vintage room and great bed. Fab location, 10 minutes' walk to kix-itm card counter. Astonishing sandy beach, that was what we appreciated. Unbelievable view of sea. The excellant service was provided in this pretty hotel...

All in all it was outstanding value for money, considering prices in Izumisano. There was lots of food for breakfast, including eggs, coffee and tea. Restaurant in hotel was reasonably priced and the pool area was good.
